A geometric twist on the hoop earring, the Octagon Hoops are the perfect way to add an edge to timeless style and your sustainable jewelry collection.
Care: To delay the oxidation process and keep the pieces as polished as possible, store your jewelry in the cloth bag included and keep it away from heat or sunlight.  Avoid contact with water, lotion, and perfume.
If you prefer a bright sheen, use a brass polish and wipe with a paper towel or soft cloth, or mix lemon juice and baking soda into a paste, rub onto the surface with a cloth, rinse, and buff dry.

Sculptural, hollow and boat-like in shape, these earrings are inspired by a boat on the water in the summertime.
Care: Bronze and sterling silver jewelry will tarnish with time. To maintain the shine of your piece, use a polishing cloth (provided with most orders) to polish your piece after each wear and store in a plastic bag or airtight container. Jewelry can also be cleaned with a commercial polish to restore shine. With the exception of 14k pieces, avoid wearing jewelry in the shower or swimming with it.

Their hand-crafted designs merge traditional Masaai beadwork techniques with a modern, timeless aesthetic. Each bag is handmade from ethically and locally-sourced Maasai cow leather. The beadwork is hand-stitched by Maasai women who are able to stay at home with their families while crafting their incredible products. Abby Alley works exclusively with artisan cooperatives that provide fair wages, safe working environments and work with ethically sourced materials. Through these selected groups, their artisan makers are paid three times the standard rate for their bag making and beadwork in the region. Each unique piece is sustainably made in a solar-powered workshop in Malawi. 'Batika' means to 'Stick Together' in Tumbuka, the language of Northern Malawi. No two pieces are identical— slight variations should be embraced.
Yewo's jewelry is made from brass, which is made up of copper + zinc and is nickel free. Their earrings hooks are made from nickel-free brass wire.
Care: Clean unwanted tarnish and patina using the pro-polish pad provided. Alternatively, you can make a paste of baking soda and lemon juice as needed.

It’s different for everyone based on the pH level of your skin, the humidity where you live, and how often you are getting your ring wet. The maker uses a polishing compound and a museum quality wax to seal each piece to prevent oxidation. You can paint your jewelry with a clear nail polish to keep it sealed.
